Welcome to PetDocSays! This channel is meant to be an informative platform for veterinary students studying courses in surgery, epidemiology and virology. As we expan our content, we will be tackling broader subjects such as animal welfare, behavior, the veterinary curriculum and the role of the veterinarian in society. Being a foreign veterinarian currently in the United States, this channel will also serve as a platform for foreign vets like me to share their insights and experiences. That’s also a lie it takes 3 days for a infection to set in if wound is not cleaned and addressed right away! I got my info from vets with 20 years or more experience
My dog was attacked by a pit bull,I cleaned his wounds immediatly and did’t move him after ,it’s been 7 days and he never got infected or needed drugs
You also forgot punctures by dog bites that discharge and not infected
